The Winery

Excellent relative location to process fruit from all South Australian cool climate regions including Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale, Clare Valley, Limestone Coast, Adelaide Hills, Currency Creek, Langhorne Creek, as well as the Riverland, Murray Darling and Sunraysia regions.

Vintage Intake

A commercial scale winery with 25,000 tonne Vintage capacity.

We can process up to 1,000 tonnes of fruit per day through our twin, Miller, 80 tonne per hour crushers/de-stemmers, in batches as small as 25 tonnes.

Backed up by 4,600 tonnes of red grape ferment capacity, allowing longer times on lees to produce better quality wines for your customers.

Wine Storage

35 million litres of wine storage provided via 361 stainless steel storage vessels, ranging in size from 1 KL to 291 KL.

25 million litres is fully insulated, refrigerated and with automated temperature control.

Client Tasting Facilities

Client tasting rooms allow the evaluation of wine progress during fermentation, consider blending options for customers.

Laboratory Services

On-site laboratory for analysis, blending and wine remedial services (smoke taint).

Our Environment

We are committed to the greening of the winery with mass plantings of trees and grasses, the re-use of storm water in ponds created around the winery for irrigation, solar panels to reduce our dependence on the electricity grid and new, highly efficient refrigeration equipment to reduce electricity demand during peak times.
